For every valid set of HVAC equipment photos (furnace, air conditioner & hot water heater) that a fundraiser generates within their community, Lancaster Heating & Cooling will donate money towards their campaign.

Lancaster Heating & Cooling is a family-owned business that has provided quality HVAC services in the Hamilton-Niagara area for over 65 years and is passionate about supporting local teams and organizations.
Most recently, they helped to transform a decommissioned train car in Hamilton's North End into a quiet reading library for children, by donating time and materials for its HVAC system.

Lancaster Heating & Cooling is doing market research on the technologies, brands and ages of HVAC systems in its service area, so it can train its technicians appropriately and continue to effectively serve the community for years to come.
To become a fundraiser, you must provide:
- Contact name, email & phone
- Organization name
- Fundraising campaign name & description
- Fundraising campaign start & end dates
- Fundraising target
Organizations typically receive the funds they've raised by Cheque within 7-10 calendar days of their campaign end date.
The campaign will receive a $15 donation from Lancaster Heating & Cooling for each valid HVAC submission it receives.
For a submission to be considered valid, it must include the following:
- Legitimate and legible photos of installed HVAC equipment within Lancaster Heating & Cooling's service area.
- Legitimate contact information for the individual who took the HVAC photos.
- Legitimate address where the photographed HVAC equipment is located.
